Hello and Welcome!  We are Claire Goodman & Jessica Sheffield, founders of the CCWEP.  Most of you already know us as we have both worked in the local event and wedding industry for a long time.  For those of you who are new to the community, here is a little information about each of us-

Claire is an Interfaith Minister who has performed more than 500 wedding ceremonies through her company, Sacred Ground Ceremonies.  She is also the mind behind The Charlottesville Wedding Blog.  Jessica was an event & wedding planner for 10 years and recently began a new adventure, Garnet Marketing, and is now planning a wedding of her own.

We both love this crazy world of events and weddings as much as each of you do.  We hope you will find our community a great resource, a great networking opportunity and most of all, a lot of fun!  Please contact us with ideas, suggestions or comments.  We would love to hear from you!
